In a world where everyone was stuck at home for months on end and adopting pets left and right (aka the pandemic), Chewy knew they had to make pet health and access to vet care more accessible than ever. During this time I worked on the launch of a few pivotal new programs (Connect With a Vet, CarePlus) and B2B initiatives for vets and clinics (Petscriptions and PracticeHub). The launch of these programs revolutionized pet health and access to care while expanding Chewy’s business verticals.
The Chewy Health Eco-system
With so many new programs being added at lightning speed, it was imperative to organize the Chewy Health eco-system in a way that would make sense to internal stakeholders, agency partners, consumers and veterinary partners. And so, the brand book was born. It was simple. It was high level. And it did the explaining for us.
